I love the product, but it did take some time to receive the item. It is probably because of the pandemic, but I wish there were better updates and tracking.

The shipping time was a little lengthy, but I was more gravely disappointed with the quality of the items. This is the second time I've ordered from this site, but the first time I wasn't as disappointed. This time however, I could not use anything that I had ordered for a photo shoot I was doing. I love there clothes but it takes too long to get your clothes

My item was delivered to the complete wrong address. But because I don't have proof because the post office isn't going to give someone else's address to me and those people kept my item, they are refusing to care without proof I guess. They won't give a refund or anything. So I'm at a loss-loss. DO NOT ORDER SINCE THEY ARE UNHELPFUL. I thought this was better than they are but nope
