I ordered from chic me and the packages came just fine. The problems started when I tired to return items. They first told me that the items were not returnable then when I pointed out the items were returnable per their policy they told me they would only refund 20 percent. After several weeks of back and forth they agreed to 100 percent refund ( as it should have been all along). I sent the package in and they signed for it(3 weeks ago) then they told me they needed the weight of the package to locate it. I told them the package was shipped flat rate and there was no weight on the tracking slip. Chic me said they could not process this without the weight of the package. I called usps and got the EXACT weight of the package. I passed along the weight of the package to Chic Me and now today they are telling me they need and actual document showing the weight. This place is a total scam they simply are trying to make the process as difficult as possible so people will not continue to try and get the refund that is due to them. I would give Chic Me negative stars if possible... STAY AWAY!

Most of dresses I ordered were made with cheap material and was poorly made. Almost on a beginner level design and output.

I will never do business with this company again. The customer service is horrible, the items were too small so I tried returning them. First of all there isn't a phone number to call and speak with someone directly, you have to email them. They are located in Asia so they are 1 day ahead of the United States and they only give you 7 days after receiving the items to return them. After emailing them regarding returning the items and they responding at crazy hours early in the morning, like 3am. They first said that they will refund 30% of my total if I wanted to keep the items. I didn't want to do that so then after waiting another 24hrs they said that they could no longer refund my money because the 7day window to return the items was expired. I was so angry because they took so long in responding to my emails because of the time difference that they said they couldn't do anything else for me but offer me a $10 coupon to use on my next order. Also not to mention that I was responsible for any expenses to ship the items back to them in Asia. FYI I'm still waiting on my $10 coupon, haven't heard back from them.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
