I love the jacketed I emailed to change the size and I got a reply right away and a follow up to let me know they changed the size.

Terrible experience with this company the dress was terrible quality and did not offer a refund when I asked

I bought two pair of jeans one was perfect and the other was ugh! Didn't go up pass my thigh, very upsetting.

The shopping experience and products were excellent! Very happy with the internal shopping experience. The problem occurred after providing my information on the website. The next day after making my purchases I began getting insane amounts of spam emails. Appears my information was either sold or the information database for this company is compromised. The excessive amounts of spam emails are will deter me from making future purchases due to concerns my information is not safe. Sad =(

Great! My dress was amazing! Everything fit perfect. I used this as a bridesmaids dress and it was perfect.

Once I placed my online order, I was looking for a specific order/tracking # that I could just go online WITHOUT having to set-up a new member registration... It was confusing & frustrating, & from what I thought I was reading; I was inadvertently re-ordering the same item multiple times... Such that, my credit card company called me to verify whether or not there was some fraudulent activity going on... I finally got that straight... Then, the tentative delivery date was off by 1 week, & I looked for a phone # to call about my order status, but the only phone # I found had hours in the wee hours of the morning Pacific Daylight Savings Time... I have ordered online items from other department stores, & they made the online shopping experience very easy... As I said earlier, the other stores give you an order & delivery tracking # & estimated delivery date at the end of the order submission... without my having to register as a permanent member. I'm, then, able to go online@ any time & track my order from warehouse to UPS to USPS or whatever as well as a ore confirmed delivery date... Just a suggestion... If the aforementioned shopping experience was better, I would definitely consider online shopping again with ChicMe... because I truly like my order (the look, the material) & the price!

Won't shop here again. Not true to their size, tops will fit but bottom half's won't.
