ChicMe and had to return at my own expense in order to receive a full refund. I have contacted the business 8 times within the past week and there has not been a resolution to my refund. I am being told they can not process a refund due to lack of information. As seen in the attachments I received the order and sent it back as received. I even have a signature on file that says it's received. I need help to get this resolved and notify others of the scam or when you purchase from this company. They do not follow their return protocols.
Update to review. Although the return process was a headache, time consuming, and stressful, I did finally receive my refund. I will stick to my original review and not order from this site again because of the hassle and issues I had. To anyone that decides to order from them, good luck.
I thought the pictures that I saw were beautiful, but when it arrived, it was like it was a totally different blouse. I was vey disappointed in the style as well as the fabric.
The item was too small, no larger sizes available. They offered money off, give it to a friend (!?), just wanted a refund. Had to send to USA, tracked, then send a photo of tracking receipt. After reading other reviews it was doubtful that if I paid to do all that, the chances were I'd still not end up with a refund, as other customers confirmed. So why have the hassle? I now have a dress that is too small in the wardrobe. Would NEVER order from ChicMe again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
