Everything was straight forward and value for money

Very frustrating experience because I dont know where this is coming from but it took almost a month.

Lots of options in clothing, although the sizing (inches) I wish matches the typical sizing of XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL. Your smallest size is S, but the bust size you show is a large range. Taking a chance the S size will still fit, though I am very petite woman (5 feet, 80 lbs).

Communication good, item good quality, good price, just very small fitting

All I wanted was an exchange for something different in the company basically said no

I decided to take a chance and order from Chicme, glad I did, it took about a week to get my shipment and everything I ordered was good quality and fit. I will order again from Chicme.

The quality of these shoes was not good. I tried them on & wanted to refund them the same day I received them & they'd only allow me to get a 15% refund. It says that nowhere on the website. Please don't waste your money.

Contacted company to arrange a return and refund, got offered a £3.00 refund and to keep item, refused as item didn't fit so didn't want to keep it, asked for full refund, got offered again this time 20% of next purchase, refused and asked for full refund, accepted but had 7days to return and pay for the postage also,,, would never order from this site again

Although the site has great selection and is easy to shop the dress I got runs small and is completely sheer

Horrible, look like a curtain. The photo show a beautiful dress but I received the horrible dress.

All products exceeded my expectations and theu look great on. Would definitely shop from. This place again. The quality was better then I had expected it to be and the price is great too..

Took ages to arrive. I was on holiday before delivery came. Clothes not as described. Colour not white but cream. Very cheap feel and look, but I guess you get what you pay for!
