Bad customer service, never send the merchandises and didn't return the money. They also lied to my bank saying that they send the merchandise. I have proof that they did not send the items since it was in the warehouse. I am very disappointed because I tried to communicate with them while being ignored or they informed me that they were going to do a refund but they never did.

It's nice experience now I can't wait till the red pointed toe over the knee thin high heels like what 5 inches heels red boots to arrive!

For one it takes almost a month for the items to arrive. That is not mentioned when making the purchase. Two, I fell in love with the images i saw online for possible dresses to wear for my 31st birthday dinner and engagement party and to my surprise when the dresses finally arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. I ended up having to purchase dresses from somewhere else because to return the items and get something else in time wouldnt work. The shoes didnt even look like the picture but i was still willomh to wear the shoes until toy surprise the ankle chain wasnt long to clasp the other end. Ive never shopped online anywhere and just have a completely dissatisfied experience until I shopped here. Guess there's a first time for everything

The shipping take longer. Company send me a confirmation. But later tell me sorry we don't send the dress yet.

But the size small is not small at all. It's way to big.
I kept the dress but I had to have it fix it

Didn't like the quality of this dress, it was very thin and didn't look like the pic shown. I was disappointed and I shipped it to Jamaica so not able to send back

Honestly forgot I ordered it because there were no additional reminder emails … but came in two weeks or less and loved all items

Terrible, I have been asked to measure the garment and send photos, offered a token or 30% back, or return and pay the cost of postage £15.50. I will not be purchasing from this site again. This suit was initially purchased for my attendance at my fathers funeral adding insult to injury
