Delivery took a bit longer than expected and I was not happy with the quality of the product I ordered

I love many of the items I see on the ChicMe site, but some of the materials were hit and miss for me. Also, it took over 2 weeks to receive the order which I felt was pretty long when I am receiving other online boutiques orders in about a week.

I'm really disappointed in this place! A serious joke! I called the number poor customer service and a young girl answered. Definitely the wrong number. Don't order anything from here unless you plan on keeping it regardless if it doesn't fit or not

Was very displeased with the coat. Shoulders were irregular. Did not like the way it fitted..

The dress was small the sizes matched mine as stated on website but it was too big and I'm just too busy to be able to return it, and it was for my birthday in did come on time. The material looked completely different too

Received clothes faster than expected and clothing is made out of good quality material and fits well

First... their products is almost indescribably inferior. I ordered two jumpsuits. One looked like a junior high home economics project completed by student that had ZERO f's to give. The other... was almost as bad. Fabric was cheap. Pockets on one side wasn't correctly aligned and was sewn in backwards. The icing on the cake is after returning it, they would not return my money because the United States Postal Service flat rate envelope doesn't provide the weight on the receipt. I sent them confirmation that USPS doesn't provide weights on flat rate shipment. It has been a nightmare. I finally went to Amex for assistance.

All I can tell you is... RUN... do NOT walk to another vendor. This one is HORRIBLE. I will be sharing this on as many social network platforms as possible. There are too many shopping options and we work too hard to just throw our money in the toilet.

This is a worthless company with horrible products and worse customer service.

The only problem that I had was it took a really long time to receive it.

My overall experience was good minus the sizing issue. They are not true to size, but they can be worn with different socks so it's ok

You take a risk as you do not know what the material fit will be like but that is an accepted risk.

This has been a journey with them. I placed my order 8/4 received on 10/18. I paid over $100 for several items which was fine. When I received the clothes the quality was horrible. I sent everything back to only receive a 15% refund. I will never order again from ChicMe.

Returns are non existent - they would rather you keep the toot and give you 20% of your money back than have you return the rubbish back to them

If you are over 5'2 this is not the place to order shirts. Clothing is cheap but not worth it for the most part.
