Ordered two dresses, one fitted fine the other is for too small. Chicme have not been very helpful with my concerns on returning the product. The postage for return is more expensive than the dress itself and I think it's unreasonable of chicme to expect to cover this cost... no happy being stuck with a dress I need to pay for and doesn't fit

I ordered a dress that was never delivered. On the tracking it says it was disposed by ups because the address they put was wrong. I requested a refund because I wanted it for Halloween and they refuse to refund me or even send a new package. The customer service is rude as well as unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE, SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

Just ordered this unsomble the pants fit nice but the shirt was a little small

Ordered 2 dresses, not true to size asked to return them, got asked if I would still keep them and pay to receive a 10% discount off my next order. Said no wanted to return, asked yo still keep them as returns are expensive. Again said no I wanted to return and now they're not replying to any emails. You cannot access the chat online as it let's you see the answer but not reply.
Terrible service
