This is the worst online store I've come across. Beautiful pictures with clothes that any woman will like. But do not think that what you saw in the picture will come to you. This is a terrible quality!
I made my order for $ 109. This is only 4 products. They were divided into several packages. When I finally waited for these packages, I wanted to issue a refund for all things.
When I applied for a refund, I was denied! I was told that the return period has already passed. A person answered my message once a day. Although only 12 days have passed since the receipt of the parcel!
I was just offered a $ 10 discount! It's outrageous. I've spent over $ 100 on things I'll never wear. And they didn't even try to fix it. Do not look at the pictures and how beautifully it is written about the return. This is all a lie!

Cheap material. No rhinestones. The back are two silver metal attachments not rhinestones. Return policy is not as a state ID contacted them within the time. And they still will not refund my money thankfully we paid with PayPal. I did everything they told me to do I send it back and then they still would not credit me the full refund as stated in a previous email.
This is my first time shopping I disliked the apparel.
Overall the quality of the clothes is bad. The material is thin and cheap looking.

The shoes were WAY TOO small and couldn't be used! I was then screwed on the refund due to the bs policy! I bought shoes that were too small and poorly made. They would not provide a return shipping order. To ship them back would cost more than the shoes. Their business practice is unethical.

I think anyone who shops online knows to pay attention to the measurements and don't have high expectations. As usual, some things fit and others don't. My biggest frustration is the exchange and return process. For some reason my order was not listed under my profile after the purchase. The instructions for exchange/return requires it be there to make the request. I left my browser in a chat to them open for 3 hours to request help. I was kicked up then when I reconnected it said no one is available. I sent a comment about being disappointed and then they reached out. It is still a delay in back and forth communication and they still have not given me the details on how to complete my exchange/return. They only give you 30 days and at this point we are close to 20 days with no resolve. I planned to order again but with this many issues they may not get my business again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
