I have made a couple complaints but it did not resolve the issue where I made a payment with my debit card and it was successfully withdrawn from my account but for some odd reason my order was CANCELED and they have no record of it. I was waiting to see if it was a simple error and I'll get my money back! I have proof of payment and order number but apparently I never made a payment with them. I just would like my money back. Never had such a problem where my money went into thin air! SMH
