I've been waiting on my order for over a month. I purchased my items for a business trip. A trip that came and went and I still haven't received my order. I had to purchase other items from Amazon to be able to have the things I needed But because of this my nails and hair didn't match the vision I had for the looks I wanted. I was so disappointed. It took a while for me to receive my order. When I finally received it it was not like the picture of it I ordered. It's 4 inches too long and now I have to have alterations, $$. The alterations are going to change the look of this outfit even more. So sad.

I had to eventually demand I was given a returns address. All I kept getting was 10% refund, would I accept a 20% refund all while refusing to provide a returns address. They even sent me an email asking if I could measure myself and send them my measurements and they'll tell me if the item fits. Never ever again!

Love my outfit and definitely will order again from here another outfit.

Delivery took longer than expected and fabric look and feels very cheap.

I purchased a dress (guns n roses) when it arrived it had been printed backward! So completely useless.
I was refused a refund and kept being offered 10 percent refund to stay quiet, they eventually offered me a refund but only if i shipped the item from the UK to the USA at my cost (about the same as the refund so that makes no sense).
Customer service appears to be based in China.
Wish i had read reviews before ordering!
