DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is horrible and they set you up for a scam! I paid $59.02 for a dress. They sent me a defective product with a hole in it. Any other company would do the right thing and refund the entire amount and pay for shipping on the defective product THEY SENT. For 7 days in a row I would ask for the refund and for them to pay the shipping. Horrible customer service. First, they said company policy is that they do not pay for returned shipping - Even though it was their fault for sending a defective product! BAD BUSINESS. Then starting on day 2 they would say, How about refunding 20% and I still pay for shipping. Then they wanted to send me another dress. I said no, and asked them to do the right thing and refund my money. The next day they said how about 30%? Then 80%. They ended up only refund a little over $30! This company is bad business and in the business to scam you! IT IS NOW DAY 8 and I am still trying to get all the money back.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
