The customer service was great! Shipping took a while…. So long I had to order another outfit for my event. But good thing I ordered another outfit because the color was nothing like the color in the picture. I thought I was getting more like an olive green, but instead it was more like a mint. The outfit fits well and cute accept for the color.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
