Order process was easy. Product didn't arrive on time. Took weeks to come. Really cheap product for not so cheap prices.
I ordered two pairs of jeans they said it was shipped on November 3rd I messaged this site about 2 weeks later they said for me it takes 15 to 18 working days so I waited I messaged again on the November 20th they got back to me on November 21st and said that it's been picked up by Canada Post and it's sitting in Richmond BC and it takes 12 to 20 working days I said first they say 15 to 18 now it's 12 to 20 it's now November 28th I messaged them and they said it was still in transit since the last message it's like they copied and pasted trying to say is still sitting where ever it is on November 17th so it hasn't moved I told them I either want my money back or my shipment faster because this is for Christmas and now I'm getting impatient I will also contact my bank if I have to because this would be fraud if I don't get my stuff soon it's almost going on a month it's unnecessary the last message I sent they told me it was still in transit and to please wait I've been waiting long enough
Had to wait ages for delivery had problem with delivery but chic me would not give me a refund! Finally when it was all sorted and the delivery came they were OK but didn't really look like the picture.

Waited a fortnight for my product, an issue I was willing to over look should the product have been worth the wait. Unfortunately it was not.

Oh well, no matter I thought, I'll just pack it up, return and get my money back, but no.
Customers have to issue a 'ticket' to Customer Service, who barter customers a deal.
Keep the product they said, and offered me a 30% refund. They don't want the product back due to high shipping costs, but I don't want it. I'll never wear it, and just want to return the dress and be issued a refund, but apparently this is all to much for this company, who think it's perfectly acceptable to offer me £10 to settle the issue.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Delivery is slow, products are poor quality, and they won't give you your money back.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
