The outfit was not what I expected totally different from what is shown on line.

I choose this coat because it looks cozy, and oversize… but it isn't

I am an avid online shopper, and shop all of the top online shops. I am accustomed to waiting for shipping from overseas. ChicMe took approx. 21/2 - 3 weeks. The quality was decent but the sizing was off. I am a true curvy 2x. Smaller waist and hips. I normally wear a 16-18 on all of the other online popular shops. A few items gave measurements that are not true to the item upon receiving it. I always check the measurements prior to ordering. The 2x I ordered was more like a XL, but the overall quality is decent.

The shoes I received was not what was pictured. I spent $78 and customer service representative offered me $7 in compensation. The never provided me the information to return the item for a refund even though I requested it one day after I received my order. Worse experience I have ever had as a consumer.

I ordered on December 3rd and didn't receive my order until December 29th. I sent an email to your company a week prior to Christmas advising that my order had not been received and did not receive a response until today when I received this email

Online shop was easy but very disappointing with what I received, looked cheep an tacky not at all like the elegant dress I orderd.

The customer service team did not give me a full refund for my items, they only offered me a 15% refund.
When I contacted the company they told me that they feel returning items to them is expensive and complicated.

When I asked for the 15% refund the company told me that they need to approve the refund review first which took 48 hours.

I finally received a refund but only £4.20 out of £34.64. The company is just not worth the hassle.

The company should not ship items to the UK.
I should of read the reviews on Trustpilot first as I have learned the company is a scam and don't refund you your money when sending the items back.

Loved both of these dresses for the special occasion and will be ordering more
