I placed an order at the beginning of December thinking it would be here in time for Christmas. There hasn't been a tracking update since dec. 7. When I reached out to their customer service which also takes forever to respond, they said it can take 3-10 days to get package and 3-14 days with tracking update. It is now the 26th. If I don't receive it by next week, I will be filing a dispute with my bank and also filing a complaint with the BBB. I have ordered plenty of times from places that ship overseas and it has never taken this long.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
