The pictures of the items are not always what you get. The four items that was ordered only one measured up to what I was expecting.

This is my second review of this company, I placed my order on November 3,2021, it is now January 2,2021 and I have still not received my order. I have been submitting tickets first asking where my items are and the most resent requested a refund. I received a response on 12/30/21 offering a refund AND the very next day I received another message that says: "I CAN'T REFUND YOUR PACKAGE IS ON IT'S WAY." What the Hell, the package has been on it's way since Nov 3rd hence the request for the refund. So my story continues, will I get a refund or do I have to wait another 2, 3, 4 or 6 months to receive my daughter's Christmas gift? Well if any luck maybe I will receive the items by Christmas 2022... Your Companies Customer Service Sucks and is most disrespectful you need a phone number so that your customers can call to speak with a live person.
It took a little longer than I wanted it, but I was pretty pleased with the items.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
