They need to specify in bold that you are responsible for return fee, as it was more than the dresses to send back to America. They only gave me 10% refund and I can't sell the dresses personally, so I've lost out on £35!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
