I ordered the white wine glass with sheer sleeves and the black wine glass top. The white shirt sleeves were actually an off white. The worse part was the picture was not at all as pictured. The picture that is posted looks like the glasses are sparling and have sequins or sparkles on them. This is not true at all. The sparkles are just pictures of sparkles. Very disappointing. I also waited a long time for this order to arrive, and it arrived after christmas even though I ordered in enough time for the order to arrive by Christmas. I can't use the shirts now after christmas! It has been a process for customer service to provide a shipping label. It has been multiple emails going back and forth. In one email they offered me just 10% of my purchase so as to avoid the shipping fees! Really? $2 for one of the $20 shirts? As of today, I am still waiting for a shipping label to return these two shirts.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
