As written above- Product color of boots were not the color advertised and would not send a return authorization to return the boots - I was going to have to pay to return and then with all the back and forth customer service responses(3-4 days of)they offered an insulting $6.86 credit- to keep the boots.

ChicMe popped up on Instagram and the products seemed to be nice enough. After ordering, it was very unclear when the order would arrive. After the order finally arrived over a month later, the product quality was pretty terrible and did not fit properly. After the shipping uncertainty, it did not seem worth asking for the money back.
