I ordered a coat for myself from SHEIN on 12/24 and I got it 12/27. That's customer service. The coat also fit as advertised and these clothes did not.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
