Shopping on this website was easy. Certain items are affordable. Some of the quality of clothing are good. Some of the sizes are not accurate. The only complaint I have is shipping takes way longer to receive. Everything comes individually packed in a small plastic bag which is good and I am happy about that. Overall I would shop here again.

Lot's of great stuff but beware everything I have ordered needed to be about 2 sizes larger. The website was easy to navigate.

Products were shipped within a good timeline and was easy to shop on website but modeled pictures seemed very fake like copy-pasted image with different dresses on same image.

I attempted to get a refund like 3 days after my order and immediately they start asking me would I take 20% refund trying to say how much it cost to send back and then they try to wait and respond and say you reach return policy. I have all the emails and documents to where it proves this company is a scam

These products were too small. The retrun policy/procedure, is extremly bad. To the extent that Paypal in now intervening. Chicme offer 5 of price and exspect you to keep them. They keep stalling until 14days policy is over.

My clothes look exactly like what you're ordered from the website

I am disappointed by this site. The clothes are very cheap looking, materials are the lowest quality possible and their customer service doesn't want to refund you if you are not satisfied with an order. They simply want you to pay for the shipping back which is like $10 so you can get refunded $20 so what's the point really.
So beware of you order most likely you lost these money, you wont be able to get a refund! The clothes fit and look ugly.

They fit, feel, and looks great. You would look amazing and feel sexy in this product.

It would be nice if shoes are categorised in all fits for example normal and wide fits.

We ordered a couple of nighties and they didn't fit well and the material was cheap and itchy. We inquired about a return. Chicme took their time getting back to us, communication was not good. In the end we were told we couldn't return the items because the return window had passed even though we started the process within their time frame.
