Kept me up to date in where my product was up to the time I received it.

I might buy again only if the the items I liked were in the sale and were very cheap, I found that the quality of the items I brought was very cheap and not worth what I paid.

Always fun shopping. I purchased the pajama set for my niece and she loved them. I love my sweaters and other products.

My experience with ordering was fine, the product... not so much!

Everything fit great just took a long time to receive the items would be great full if you could cut the shipping time in half if i need the outfit by Easter which comes in April i would have to order now the first week of March and still may not have it in time for Easter, I know it will not be, easy to do but please try.

One item was so cheap and I tried to submit a ticket of complaint and the system is not set up to do so because I asked a question during order preparation it wouldn't let me do a second ticket submission

I bought 8 items and emailed about returning 6 of them, because they were very cheaply made, to get a refund and they responded saying that I'd have to pay for shipping if I insisted on returning for a refund instead of accepting a $10 gift card. So I sent the stuff back, but I never received my refund for the items that I returned (>$100 worth of items). I provided the order number, the 6 item names and numbers that i was returning and included the tracking number of the package that I shipped/paid for and they received 6 items months ago. All I got in return was an email asking if I received the 8 items in the first place, probably so they can say they don't have to give me a refund because I received the shipment at one point. I even emailed for an update on my refund and they never got back to me. Never buying from this sketchy store again.

Chicme offers a variety of clothing, but the quality of certain products can be off. I will try them again in the near future.

Ich wollte eine Rücksendung schicken, aber sie gaben mir nur eine Adresse in den USA, die Rücksendung kostete mehr als alle Produkte. Solange es Chic me Deutschland gibt, ist auch hier ein Pfand normal, basiert aber darauf, dass die Person die Retoure nicht mehr zahlt und somit verpflichtet ist, die Bestellung zu bezahlen. Er könnte sagen, dass die Rücksendung nur in den USA erfolgt. Schade, dass sie meiner Meinung nach frivol sind.
