Communication was good. Shipping could be less time I waited almost a month to get all my items

Not really that reasonably priced but looked fab so gave it a try.

Big mistake, feel like I've just wasted over £140!

A) Took ages to arrive (approx 5weeks)
B) Nearly everything was made of cheap nasty material. Itchy jumpers & buttons ready to fall off.
C) extremely poor sizing, you'd need to go up 2/3 sizes than actually advertised.

D) Tried to return but after lots of emails back & forth reluctantly accepted a 40% refund & keep it all as hassle to return was so poor.

Hoping I can sell it on to recoup money lost.

Definitely wouldn't recommend or use them again.

This tulip was sewed wrong an is not wearable. Both colors that I ordered were defective. This site will not let me give one star. It does not deserve 2 stars, it deserves 0 stars. ChicMe is wanting to give me a $2 credit off of my best order instead of refunding my money for these defective products. I WOULD NEVER ORDER GROM CHICME.

Offered 10% refund. What a waste of my money. Absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of material. Total misrepresentation. Nothing even close from the photos was sent in the mail to me and then I can't even get my money back. Got $14 dollars back after spending $125 dollars at chic me. Never again.

Love the clothes, i have bought quite a lot from this company and have not been dissapointed.
The sizes are exactly as they say they are and its different from what you buy on the high street.
I will keep going back for more.
