I ordered a bunch of items 8 days before an event. Nothing arrived in time. Nothing had shipped yet! I tried to canceled my order, one item shipped. It took 4 weeks to get the last items. Everything smelled bad, like vinegar. And I couldn't keep anything, it was all for the event. I didn't need it. I tried to get a refund several times. I asked for a full refund at least 5 times. Within 24 hours someone wrote me back offering me $5 voucher, but I refused. They then offered me 10% off next order, I refused. They kept asking me if they could send me a 20% refund because "it would be easier" than sending it back. The quality is all poor. The items were for a specific event. It's all trash to me now. And they refuse to give me a refund. Stay away! This is a terrible company.

Not only they sale FAKE and DAMAGED items but when you return at YOUR OWN EXPENSE they give you the run around with "Cash Coupon, Replacement" they play mind games with chats and at the end they keep Your Money and the Returned items. I have been dealing with msgs since October 2021 and as of today it's been a VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
