Yes I received the order However your sizing charts are way off for US sizes and none of the items fit me because they were made too small

Easy site to use, pretty quick delivery, just a bit disappointed with the material, unfortunately i had to pay to get the trousers turned up as they were way to long and i am 5ft5 they were also a bit baggy nothing like what they looked like on the model

Looks good. EXCEPT that's all it is. Lies flat to face, doesn't mould to face which means nose is flattened, distorting image. There is a chin support of sorts which is really cosmetic.

Overall i have purchased many items and most are perfect.

The products arrived and appeared as advertised but all but one item way too small.
You nominate your XL size as equivalent to AUS size 16.
The sizes were more likely an equivalent to AUS size 10...
Not impressed!

The shirt was bigger in my normal size, than I expected. So it doesn't fit really. It is more like a pullover now..

Product looks great on here, will be disappointed if poor quality and it was very poor quality

After 6 or so weeks placing the order, I chatted with customer support to cancel my order and they said it has shipped so they can't cancel it; even though tracking showed it had not shipped.
I did eventually get it though

I love the jean jumper and long sleeve blouse both are great. Shoes never arrived and both pants not so good. But I'm happy with the two items, I will shop with you again.
