I ordered some pants for my grandmother back in January it's now March 16th they talking bout my order was delivered on the 3rd of March which is a lie I even checked with friends and neighbors and even with ups no delivery was made or attempted to be made now they giving me the run around and I try contact someone in customer service only for me to not be able to refund me my money please

One order right, one order wrong! I waited a month and a half for my order. I'll try another company, thanks for your help! God bless

The clothes were cheaply made and too big. I tried to return the clothes immediately and messaged customer service (it wasn't easy to find the return policy on the website either). Via email I was asked if I wanted money off future orders, I said no, they asked if I wanted 10% off, then 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. I repeatedly said I only want to return the clothes. This correspondence lasted weeks. Finally they said you have 7 days to return the clothes. I was out of town for 2 weeks at a work co fere ce and couldn't return the clothes until I was home. When I returned home I asked how I could return the clothing and was told the time had lapsed and there was nothing I could do. This company is a SCAM! Not allowing someone to return items is a scam.

Overall, my first time experience ordering from ChicMe was good. The quality of the dress was excellent and I will order from them again.

Terrible fabric, cheaply sown. I will never purchase again. False advertisement.

It took a month to receive my order. I need it for my vacation to Punta Cana so I was disappointed that it didn't come on time but when it did it was worth the wait. I will be ordering from chicme again!

I haven't worn any of the products but look forward to wear.
