Easy shopping, but allow 4/5 weeks delivery to UK. Website makes customer service contact difficult, but when you persevere and get in contact they really try to sort stuff out. I think their customer service is improving

Now I have sorted out the sizes and the delivery schedule I can now order easily in future I was very pleased with my previous order and shall be returning very soon with another order. Thankyou to everyone involved.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
