I ordered 6 items. First of all it arrived after like 6 weeks. Then the order wasn't even complete, 2/6 items were missing!
They wouldn't give me a refund or send my items either, saying the „shippingweight" was correct.
Customerservice is miserable, not helping at all!
DONT order there, save your money and spend it on SHEIN! They are reliable and don't lie to they're customers!
I purchased 6 items as gifts; however, when given to my family members the items were too small and the quality of the material wasn't what we expected. I submitted a request for refund, sent the items back per ChicMe guidelines (tracked via UPS). I received an email stating they received the items but my money wasn't going to be refunded because the weight of the package was incorrect. They don't reimburse for shipping so how can you tell me you won't refund my money. I purchased via Klarna which is now involved. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from ChicMe.

One thing I look for with online shopping is the size chart. Very easy to find the fit size I want and if not, I can be notified when my size is in.
The only thing I would say is to add an area for where to place the package upon delivery.

The ordering was the easy part… no coincidence there…. The delivery took an absolute age … I'm talking weeks and when the dress came it was very poorly made and both straps were broke so I chucked it … no point waiting an age for a refund that prob won't come!
