Customer service is the worst. Requested a return for half of my first order and not only was the response super delayed but they also refused to grant me a return and told me I couldn't speak to their supervisor because he was on vacation. I submitted the screen shot showing that they responded to my return request after the 14 day return deadline and I requested the return right away. Never shopping with them again, it was my first time and I'm so disappointed. I should have known better. Fabric is also very cheap and the dress I was trying to return was clearly sewn incorrectly. Just all around bad!
My experience was good and everything so far work out except the t shirt. This site for clothes has lived up to my standards where I have told many people. Thank you!
