I was reluctant at first but chicme gave me confidence that my dress would arrive in time for my trip to Jamaica. I had 3 weeks with standard shipping, so I was nervous. I followed up with customer service almost everyday. Needless to say, my dress arrived 2 days before I left for Jamaica. Chicme has great customer service and they meant what they said which was my order would arrive on time. Thank you chicme for giving me a great customer service experience with no excuses.
