My experience with ChicMe was good overall but I wish the items could've been shipped faster and all in one package. However I wasn't charged any additional fees for the fact that my order had to be shipped in two separate shipments so that's great.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
