Shipping literally took a month, I ordered on 3/30 and received 4/25 so don't expect to get them soon. Quality shoes but sizing is off so pay attention to the size guide. A lot of mine were slightly too big so I'll know next time to size down (normally wear a US size 5 ordered a 5.5 but will order 4.5 next time). Also they have a strong smell so leave them outside and air out for a couple days and they'll be fine.

I ordered my items on April 3rd! After two weeks I sent an email inquiring about my purchase after getting the same response back three times telling me there's an epidemic (I'm sure they meant pandemic) and to be patient. They finally issued a tracking number but for only one part of my package and split my order up. They didn't even tell me they were going to do this but waited til I inquired to let me know that one of my items was sold out and wanted to know if I wanted to replace it. I asked to replace it and to still give me an update on my clothes. They are still telling me to be patient. I keep checking the USPS and it's still in China at some Gangzhou facility. I find it funny that I ordered clothes from another venue two days ago and my package is already in the states. Why is it taking this place a whole month to get my items to me? And they have the audacity to promote that they will ship within 24 hours! Yeah effing right! Where are my clothes!?
The dress was thinner and more cheaply made than it looked online. It stretched over my boobs and then the fabric was white once it stretched
Dress is completely sheer so cannot be worn as dress. Waist is so tiny with no give can't even get it over head and I'm a small person. Very disappointed because I love the dress pictured
I wanted to return a few items but they didn't want me to ship them back telling me to keep them and they would provide cash options toward another purchase. Since these were shipped from China I can understand why they don't want them shipped back but I don't think it's fair to me as the consumer.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
