Awful company! The worst customer service I've ever had! Just read through some of these comments and I've had the same problem. Items arrived, not true to size and cheap material. Went through their ticketing system literally the next day of receiving asking for a refund, to first be offered a coupon to use, then 25% of a refund which was those best offer by a manager apparently to then be told I am out of the timeline for a return! Their policy is within 14 days of the date you receive the package, I am still within 7 days! Absolutely disgusting service. NEVER USE THEM!
You sell very poor quality of clothes, the material are so cheap, yet in the photos the material looks good. Probably you sell crown or photocopy of the original products. The delivery also takes ages.

So disappointed. Product nothing like advertised. The so called dress, is a thin piece of material sown together. See through and no zips or buttons, so impossible to get on. It's such a shame as in pictures the products look so pretty and if they had come as advertised, I would have bought many different dresses.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
