Very good service, took too long to get my order but the customers service unswers to to questions very quickly

The site is cute stuff just over sea so it takes awhile to get but I'm happy

Unable to exchange 3 items and unable to speak with a live agent. I can ONLY communicate through emails. 14 days are approaching than I would be told time has ran out and I cannot do an exchange. I am so disappointed.

Bought some leopard print sudded high tops but the FIRST day I wore them, the studs and rivets came off. I hot glued them back on but I would expect better craftmanship for the price I paid.

I'm very disappointed with the shipping time that took more than 1 month until I received my order and now that I received it one of the dresses doesn't fit me, and when I ask how can I return it and get the full amount for that dress, I haven't get any clear answer. Overall I'm very very disappointed and I will not do anymore shopping from this site again.

Odering was ok. Product is midline for price. Having to write a specific number of character for a review is annoying.

If I could give them 100 negative stars I would! BUYER BEWARE. Their clothes are cheaply made some had no seams at all, some had seams sewn inside out, nothing I bought fit, NOTHING, cheap/thin material and you cannot unsubscribe from their crap in your email and I have tried, and I get email after email after email EVERY SINGLE DAY! This reviewed forced me to give 1 star, but really I want to give them NO STARS!

It took over 1 month to receive product. Sizes are small. It is very costly to return items, unlike other sites they do not have free returns.
