I ordered my product in March 2022 and received in May 2022. This is not acceptable and I will never order from ChicMe again. Very bad service delivery!

Ok but I just didn't like late communication when it came to giving me an full update and then it took an month for me to receive my things that is what really pissed me off...
All items of very poor quality. Have requested a refund but so far am being offered a discount off my next purchase or 10% off value of order & I get to keep all items. Why would I want to keep them if the quality is so poor. I just want a refund. Won't be ordering from this site again.

MY Wife's experience with the products was pretty good overall. She did have one issue with a "One size fits all" item but we will see about sending it back. She is 5' 130lbs and it did not fit. Way, too small! The shipping was split up into 2 shipments. One package came with in 2.5 weeks the other was over a month and missed Mother's Day! Ordered it on 4/7/2022 and it arrived 5/12/2022.
The shopping experience was great and I am pleased with the items I purchased only down size it takes a long time to receive the items and I understand why when products shipped from overseas thanks ChicMe
