Item arrived quite quickly. I liked product but fit was not wearable. Other reviews say trying to get a refund is a nightmare so decided to keep anyway. When item arrived it the packaging was open and no receipt arrived to my email so some clitches in service.
It's unfair to only have a customer service representative say we can accommodate you with your damaged item by offering a 10% refund. I can wear this item and nor can I purchase any other item with this 10% refund. So please find out chicme return policy before shopping. I may never purchase again after spending $300 on my 1st order.

Clothes Look great on pictures. But i wasn't really satisfied with the quality of clothes i got. Besides they are smaller size so they don't fit.

The delivery took awhile but customer service was very good the clothing is great and will buy from Chic Me again.
Clothes did not fit. I usually wear an XL, it stated true to size but the shirts were too small and the pants could not go over my butt, dress did not look like the picture
They were very responsive to emails. Rushed my order and they literally arrived hours before my wedding. These sandals were absolutely beautiful and perfect for my boho style fairytale beach wedding!
It really disheartening that returning an order is so hard.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
