Took 3 of the 4 payments for the clothes whilst waiting for them to arrive. Don't expect items to arrive quickly, mine took nearly a month!

The return process is exhausting. I had to go back and forth with this company to get instructions on where to return merchandise. I kept getting offer after offer to change my mind and accept the product or another with a discount. My initial wish to return was not honored. The merchandise looked cheap and not at all true to size.

If you are out of stock of products it should be indicated on your website just as TEMU & many other companies do. That way I would choose other items that are in stock. You hold up in stock items & not ship because you waiting on back order items. Ship what items you have and not wait for back order.

I placed order you wait a few weeks but I am very happy with the items I ordered.

The dress was much lower quality than I expected.
The transit time was unexpectedly long (would be better to know shipping time when placing order)

Took almost two months to get a order and still waiting on another they try to nagoiate with refunds
The boots I spent $60.00 for is literally plastic rubber type I wouldn't be caught dead in them it's a horrible unprofessional place awful customer service takes days to get ahold of them I will never ever deal with this place again CHEAP MADE STUFF AND CHARGES OUT THE ROOF ON STUFF

The jackets I ordered were good quality material and well made. The two dresses were very disappointing. The fabric is extremely thin and bad quality even for the low price I paid.
