First time shopper - will have to wait and see what I have purchased.

ORDERED 4/21 NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEMS TIL 5/23 AND NEED THEM FOR 5/28 WHICH DIDN'T LEAVE MUCH TIME TO SHOP IN CASE THINGS DIDN'T FIT. THE SITE HAS SOME REALLY CUTE THINGS BUT YOUR DELIVERY IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

The ordering is not the issue it's the product that arrived. Not at all as pictured and way too small.

Not too bad, getting a dress for 0.40 cents :) Good value for money and fast delivery.

I am returning the dress. Too big. Will need an exchange.

Slow service. Product looked better in the photo. Material was awful. Doesn't look too bad on though.

Worse experience I have ever had with online shopping. Customer service is very poor, quality of clothes is very low. They are bunch of thieves that only want to take your money once you have spent with them and they don't care to satisfy the customer in any way.
I would recommend buying from Shein instead, as it is similar to this however much better quality, very good customer service and normal return policy. I think Chicme has tried to copy from shein however they have failed big time!
I would totally avoid buying from them because if you need to return or refund you will for sure face problems with them.

Will never purchase from this site again took wks to come, very poor quality, the colour was nothing like the vibrant colour advertised looked like a drab dirty washed out dishcloth, too small even though i ordered a size bigger as recommended, would just about fit a barbie doll, best place for ir was the bin no invoice or returns slip wont be ordering from here again...!

Sleeves could be a little longer but overall a lovely item
