Never tried or heard of Chic Me before so didn't know what to expect from the service or quality. I was a little worried when I didn't receive any emails about my order but when my delivery arrived I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.

Ordered this item for a holiday wasn't sure if it would arrive on time but to my surprise it was delivered pretty fast.

I ordered a dress from another company that's also overseas a week before I received the chic me outfit and I received the dress within a week. Why did it take your item five weeks.

It looked exactly liked the pictures the material was great and the sizing was a little big from the bottom half but I loved it! I kept getting compliments!
I did have an issue with some writing on the backside of the pants. It looked like it was written directly on the suit instead of on the bag and I still, to this day, haven't been able to take it off. It wasn't HUGE writing but it was noticable from the distance. I tried everything and couldn't get it off.

Everything I've ordered fits and ships. May have only returned one and it wasn't complicated. Pleased with quality.

All good so far! This is my first order and apart from one item being out of stock, which was refunded with no issues, I am really please with my purchase and have just placed another order...

But I don't like to wait that long for things to be delivered. It took almost two months.

It took over a month to receive my order... unfortunately nothing fit... clothes are made really small! The refund process was not easy. I had to go back and forth and only offered 45% of a refund as, i was informed the system would not allow over that amount to be refunded. The policy states I can refund unworn clothes in original package. You should make your return policy more specific! I was orgiinally offered 30% and not return the items. I had to negotiate back and forth and just agreed to 45%. I will never order from this website again!
