I have ordered quite a bit for my 3 dogs from this company, and they are 1 of my 3 top choices for pet supplies. Not always the lowest, but it depends on what you are looking for. Give them a try.

Have been using chewy for our dog treats for awhile now for the convenience, price, and selection. Recently we decided to look into getting our dog food online and found out it would be more expensive on Chewy than the local store. I noticed that the recent complaints about pricing have started after the brick and mortar chain Pet Smart took over. I am now going to check out the price I am paying for the treats and it that is not competitive, then so long Chewy. Sure the great customer service and convenience is still there. But that is not enough to make me want to pay more and not support the local retailer.

An incorrect cat toy was received. I contacted Chewy and had a customer service rep nicely acknowledge and send me the correct one that was initially ordered. Received next day and just to realize it is the incorrect one I originally received incorrectly. Sometimes when companies get larger, the once was good customer service is compromised. Will no longer be a customer as some of my rescue friends have also come to the same opinion.

Chewy is awesome.

We had ordered 2 cases of urinary canned dog food for our precious dog Hollie. However, we are sad to report that Hollie passed away on 10/05/17. I contacted Chewy about returning the 1 unused case of dog food. They were awesome they gave us a credit for the unused cans and told us to donate the food to a shelter or
ASPCA.

The very best customer service, hands down! They are always super friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I've had my two cats' litter, canned food and snacks on auto ship for almost a year now and it's been awesome! Thanks Chewy! We love you!

Best pet supply place!

I have setup automatic shipments for food and other supplies for all the kitties that I love and care for. They carry a large supply of all different brands and ordering couldn't be easier. Prices are great and deliveries are prompt and always correct!

My dogs love Chewy's!

I have purchased from Chewy.com many times because of their excellent service, products, and free shipping. No more lugging heavy bags of dog food out to car and then again into the house. I have be ordering from Chewy.com over a year now since my dog was put on a prescription diet. The prices are reasonable, shipping is fast and customer service is outstanding. Sadly my dog, Buddy G, passed away this weekend and not only was customer service helpful and compassionate to my questions, three days after speaking to a rep on the phone, a lovely floral bouquet was sent to my home in my dog's memory. I have been getting the monthly services for almost a year each month was around 280.00 per month the last two I have been called on Sunday morning earlier to give me excuses so I stoped the services and found the same at another co Jeffers has the same and saved a lot of money. Very poor customer services calling on a Sunday morning and just said ok when I told them to stop also did my neighbors same way

I have very unpleasant experience with Petco when I have not received my order after 6 working days and I had to select another shop for buying food for my cats. I placed an order in Chewy at evening on Friday. The next day my order was shipped. I received my order on Tuesday. Very good services and fast shipping!
I highly recommended this shop!

We love Chewy!

Their shipping is so fast, and they have an awesome return policy. We order almost all of our pet products from here. We order our cat and dog food together so we get the free shipping, and it's always reliable and packaged well. Both my husband and I and all our pets love Chewy!

I have always been pleased with my transactions with Chewy.com. The prices are good or better than local prices, the shipping is fast, and the customer service goes above and beyond. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days.

The best by far!

I have NEVER EVER had such great customer service in my life. And I work in the customer service business in a hotel in Las Vegas. Great prices. Easy for me and my 80 year OLD MOTHER, my daughter and my 2 month old grandson to shop. We don't have to go anywhere. They auto shipped me a order on accident and I got a full refund AND got to keep the product. Always get a customer service agent when you call. No recording asking you to wait to talk to someone. I just can not go on enough about Chewy. And I have a lot of furbabies to take care of.

Easy & convenient

Weve been ordering from Chewy since we got our dog 4+ years ago. Their subscription plan is great free shipping and we never have to run out to the store because we ran out of dog food. Its easy to use and you can edit your items and delivery dates as needed. They have a big selection and good variety of toys and other supplies like bowls, dog shampoo, beds, etc. Weve only had to contact customer service once to return an item and they made it very easy.

Couldn't be happier

I love this company. It is the best one that I found. I am disabled, cannot drive and, have to use public transportation. So, as you can imagine, it is hard to get certain items home myself. This company has been wonderful. I have used them to purchase bags of bird seed and dog food. Each time I placed an order, it was at my door within 2-3 days. If you have an issue with anything they will make it right. I also like the fact that you can place items on auto shipment. This company is a definite keeper.

In the past was impressed with Chewy. Always got the 1 -2 day shipping and most times 1 day. Last order that did not happen. Ordered Friday and did not get till Wednesday. Chewy shipping status was inconsistent with that provided by Fed Ex. Chewy said shipped Friday and Fed Ex did not even receive info till Monday. Delivery by Fed Ex said Tuesday and then changed to Wednesday. Possibly will order from then again but not when depending on the quick delivery. Other companies had same price for items but chose Chewy based on their promised 1-2 day delivery. I won't trust them again with delivery commitment that they provide. It is listed on their website and is basically a false promise. Extremely disappointed with this last delivery.
