Order placed one February for a new record available on early March. Never received on April 18th and I opened a claim. They answered that I will be shipped next week, but there has still been no delivery for 4 weeks! And I've opened a second claim and look after the legal issue to get my money back!
Really poor service and certainly a complete failure of orders management.
