Cherieday advertises dresses with excellent online reviews however buyer beware; the website is a scam. After tracking had no data, I started looking for reviews outside Cherieday's website and read that other customers had not received their orders. Since I had reason to believe the product wasn't shipped I requested the order to be cancelled and was told it was too late to cancel. Three weeks after ordering and one day after requesting a refund, the package arrived from a local warehouse. The three dresses that I received definitely do not match the photos and descriptions on their website. The three dresses are cheap overseas knockoffs of the dresses in the photos. This Company is selling bait and switch clothing and their website reviews are fake. The dresses being shipped are not the dresses in the photos, not even close! My review was submitted to the Company website however it was not posted, not surprised. The Company will be reported for false advertising and bait and switch practices. Also, I will be filing a fraud claim with my Credit Company if they do not issue a full refund. They need to pick up their fake product if they want it, I certainly do not.

I would prefer knowing the item would have to. Be shipped from a foreign country as I needed the item long before it is going to arrive at my house. Very disgusting.

Only good thing about it was that it was made in USA. Skirt & top colors did not match and it took 20 days to arrive from the time I ordered to receive it!

I have yet to receive my order, although it has been charged to my credit card and has been paid. I have had correspondence about this and reassured that the issue will be resolved, the question is when! Very unsatisfied

I was just browsing for websites for dresses, and I found your Webb site and started looking at what you had to offer, I put the color and type of dress in I was looking for and I found it on the first page. I ordered it and it was just what I was looking for and I love how it fits and looks.

Interesting but when I click on dresses, the long red print dress shown disappears and is no where to be found. I have ordered once before - loved the designs and colors but when received the sizing was all over the map and the fabric not as advertised or low grade. And yet I am ordering again because I want a v type neckline, burgundy color, butt covering length and cotton fabric. Sure hope I will not be disappointed. Of the 6 items I ordered last time I had to give away 4 because they were either too short, too small or too big! Not a good outcome.

The ordering process was fine, but the product did not meet my expectations. The color was described as "wine" which it was not. It was described as 'loose fit' but it was more than a loose fit. Although the fabric is soft, it's very light/thin...more like a night gown than a dress.

I purchased a top for my daughter's birthday. It did not fit. I ordered it before her birthday so that it would arrive in time. Unfortunately, their exchange policy is no returns or exchanges after 14 days AND if you use the 10% off promotion that they offer you, you can't return or exchange the item at all. The top was over $100. So basically I gave them $150 for a top that lacks in quality and cannot be worn.

It took almost a month to get everything.
They take the order even if they do have the size ordered. Clothes don't fit. The model must have been 7ft tall.
Lessen learned…..

I ordered a green dress, and they sent it in blue. Even after sending photos of the wrong color dress, they insist it's correct. There is no way to return items for full price. They offered 30% of the price paid to return it. Cherie Day is a scam!

Beautiful clothes. I kept one out of three due to size. Company and staff have been excellent.

It was easy and efficient to shop on this site. And I am pleased with my purchase.
