Supposed to be charged $1 then said it was $6.99 my card was charged 6.99 then $29.13 it's bs and I didn't agree to that... please find another company there info is trash, I was arrested 2 times in 25+ years and it says through there system I was arrested 22 times lol and give no info of arrests it's so full of sh*t don't use this websites system

The website is super easy to use as long as you take advantage of the 1$ trial quickly. If you only have a 1 time use for it cancel immediately after booking otherwise its so easy to use.

Customer care was pretty good. I did not have a use after my trial period and they helped me cancel my account.

I was able to find many old friends and loved ones with checkpeople. As long as you have ongoing use for it then its worth the price of the ongoing fees.
