I had place my check online order for new checks with check gallery Sept 2025. The confirmation said I would receive my checks within 4-6 weeks (standard order no rush).
The 6 weeks had passed and I had called customer order and the person was rude as he said my order was enroute and I should be receiving my order soon. Now it's been 6 months and have not received my checks.
Check Gallery is unprofessional and I would NOT recommend doing any business with this establishment.

I purchased checks from Check Gallery and they signed me up to EZ Shield. I don't want EZ Shield and have repeatedly asked them to remove me from e-mails. Still getting e-mails and they don't have an unsubscribe button or seem to care. They even printed an EZ Shield logo on my checks. I will never order from them again.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping because we needed them soon. Took two weeks to get them! Two weeks. We ordered checks at the bank for a different account, took two days.

I've been a long time customer of the Check Gallery, but this last order is making me reconsider. Yeah, it wasn't inexpensive. Didn't help that I forgot to input a coupon code. That's on me. What's upsetting is that they apparently sold my email address to one or more third parties and now I'm inundated with spam mail. How do I know it was the Check Gallery? They're the ONLY recent online purchase that I've made and the spam began right afterward. I'm having to clean my inbox two to three times PER DAY! Not good Check Gallery. Likely go somewhere else when I need new checks.

Don't use this site. Hidden charges, almost $20 more than I thought I was paying. Stay away! Next time I will order directly from my bank. Scammers!

A major advertiser of custom printed checks, $5.05 for two boxes. Sounds great BUTT! They have more ways to tack on extra charges (then Carters got pills). When placing an order with them be careful with every website page "Checkgallery" does its best to slip extra charges for your order. If you are crafty enough to get through this gantlet of extras there is still the shipping & handling charges they through in at the end. Yup! After you've taken the time to input all of your information and navigate the extra charge mines shipping & handling charges appear for the first time and they can double the price of your order. These charges are what allow them to give you a second box of checks for a tiny price, they hit ya with per handling and shipping that is not cheap. Even at 7 to 11 business day delivery it is high AND if you want them in a few days WOW! The price is MUCH higher (like through the roof.) I didn't want to buy the company just some personal checks. I guess when they say green checks they are talking about all of the money going into their pockets.
