The travel agent changed dates or our trip by one day--he recommended CheapOAir---took days and days to get an agent and then the agent I did get had very hard time understanding me. Cost to change tickets was over double what the tickets cost--American Airlines told me it was your up charge--NOT theirs--that was so outrageous. If you can help me get some money back please get back with me.

Everything went very well including booking a flight and renting a car. However, the baggage fee is WAY TOOOOO HIGH!

The airlines canceled weather or what ever was the reason. We called the airlines they said we did refund the cheapoair ending in 1313 I've been calling them for a month the keep telling me 2 cycles. I just spoke to a god knows what they keep lien. He said sir we keep calling the American Airlines and they will refund. I told him I called the Americans it's you who's holding my damn money. Omg the worst company ever. And they took 400$ for nothing my tickets were 1,500 they will refund 1,100 and keep 400 WTH.
Greetings. I'm very upset and disappointed with CheapoAir at this moment. We had a previous flight booked for the 4th of December 2021; to Miami Florida and return. I therefore paid $2252 and due to the fact that both of us were found to be Covid-19 POSITIVE; we were unable to fly. First, we were told that we can take the COUPON that was granted to us and pay the additional amount needed to upgrade to PREMIUM ECONOMY. I paid the additional funds and now we are being told that we can not UPGRADE and we will have to utilize the complete Coupon of $2048. 68 for a seat in the Normal Economy Section; even though I can buy a New Ticket for the Normal Economy for $615.99 each. I do not like this service and I would like to have an Upgrade Ticket for us and we were told that the ticket upgrade to Premium Economy will be an additional $588.03 each (Total: $1176. 06). I paid that amount and now we are told that we can not get the Premium Economy Seat. We don't like the way that we are being treated and hopefully someone can help us. I never thought that we would be treated so unsatisfactory bye CheapoAir and I earnestly request that someone assist us. THIS IS DEFINITELY BAD SITUATION. I thank you in advance for any help. Do not use this service! I purchased a ticket to Australia w/insurance and was delayed several times due to the pandemic. This was not cheapOair's fault. However, when I tried to get a refund for my ticket, that had cancellation insurance on it, my refund was denied. I filed a claim and have been left in limbo with my refund. They owe me $762. DO NOT USE THEM!

I am a regular customer with Cheapoair and i have purchased 2 tickets recently however by mistake put the wrong month, when i called to adjust the date the fees were very high and had to be charged a lot for pushing the date till the month after. To be honest when i purchase directly from the airlines they are being more flexible with the fees and i am disappointed as i make all my reservations through cheapoair. Especially that i have many tickets coming up that i would like to book.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

The refunds came in two transactions one will be from Frontier airlines which they refunded you on Jan 5, and we processed the portion for AA on Jan 19 it will take 1-2 billing cyles for the refunds to hit your charge card.
