Do not use this site!

Wanted to keep a portion of the deposit when I needed to cancel a car rental. Nobody could process this return except the individual that initially took the reservation. Any changes to my flights had to go thus way also. When I said I needed to change my car rental because the rental company would be closed, their response was to get a hotel and get the car in the morning. There are 24hr car rental offices. They did not want to give up that deposit. I WILL NEVER USE THUS COMPANY AGAIN!

Good price and good service. Reasonable hold times not like most online customer service lines. Requested personal help with completing and expediting a booking with the airline so I could reserve an in-cabin pet. They took care of it.

Our trip to Texas

I was hesitant to book with Cheapflights but as I am sitting at the gate all went extremely great. Cost of tickets was explained to me had no issue at the ticket counter and or at the gate. Nice job I'll be back.

Sometimes the advertised flight does not include all the info needed. This time it did. I really think that baggage fees are unnecessary and a second check-in bag should be included in all overseas tickets.

Your site was great and gave me the ticket that I needed. And then all of a sudden I was given a call while I was driving across multiple states and pressured me into paying an extra hundred dollars because the ticket was suddenly gone in the new price was more not happy about that at all.

Very unhappy!

I had to cancel my flight due to weather when I called I was charged 75 to cancel and given a credit for my next flight when I called to book my flight the next day I was charged and additional 175 dollars I asked why so much when the airlines were selling the same ticket for half of the price was vaguely told that's just the way it was. So my 250 dollar ticket is now $503 very unhappy will not use again!

Fraudulent company

I would rate it 0 stars but can't, hence the 1 star. I tried to contact the company several times via email and phone to check in. I went to the airport to be told my flight wasn't booked at all. Even though I had the email receipt and everything. So unless you want your money taken and no service to show for it, I wouldn't recommend booking through this site to Satan himself.

P. S To the company, I'd like a refund and have reported your company to be investigated. Thank you.

Buy from the airlines directly

I was charged 35$ for no reason and 100$ to buy a seat on the flights ( how do you fly without a seat?) it would have been cheaper to buy right from the airlines and I would have gotten miles

I bought a round trip ticket costing $1266. 45 with a return ticket set for January 18th, 2026, I called various times to see if I could change the return date to another date. I could exchange the ticket with a penalty of $800 in one phone call, another call, the penalty was $600. This was no penalty, they were selling me a new over priced ticket. I went ahead and booked a new ticket for under $500 directly with the airline. I have been to the airline website, tried to change the date and tried to cancel the ticket, but they say only the Travel agent can do the changes. Horrible Customer service. Two days ago I talked to *, he said he was gonna see about canceling my ticket and a refund, The flight is to leave in 3 hours and my ticket is still active. No return from the Bad Customer Sevice... All they want is your $$ not happy customers.

Missing e-tcket

I phoned customer service. The call was answered immediately. I identified myself and described my issue. The rep said he would email the e-ticket and it arrived in my in-box immediately. Great service and a great custom er experience.

Probably be worse online purchasing experience in the last couple years because you guys didn't even tell me the price correctly because it's switched after the fact and then it told me I paid more than you said I was going to I was going to pay 94 and I paid 107
