Horrible communication

I have never been so upset with a company before. When we booked, they booked us the wrong room. The next day we called to try and change it. No reply ever from anyone. I have tried for 4 months. We leave in a week and do not have our flight conformation number. No one will answer our questions or help us. So sad that this company has gone down hill so much. DO NOT USE THEM!
