1 star is too much - My son has an acc with this bank- he is in Thailand and having problems with money that I transferred to his acc from UK. It sends a verification to UK mobile but he is on Thai sim phone and can't access his UK phone to check verification. If converts to UK sim he will lose his Thai data and will have to purchase another one. He contacted Chase via chat yesterday and they keep saying he needs his phone for verification. Thanks for nothing, unhelpful customer service, no sympathy - stranding people abroad with no money- Will be closing acc the minute he is back!
