I enjoyed working the Challenge Coins Limited staff. I was drawn by the price, but appreciated the depth of knowledge staff had about what was possible, even when I asked complicated questions. The design proof process makes it easy to know what you are getting and help avoid miscommunication about how the Challenge Coins will look. I updated the design many times and there was no additional charge or concern about the extra work. I appreciate getting the opportunity to get it right the first time.
I have been using Challenge Coins LTD to mint a new challenge coin every year for the past ~7-8 years and the process (including both sales and design) is always smooth and seamless (even through the plandemic). Product quality is consistently excellent, and I am a perfectionist (in other words, I have zero tolerance for mistakes [and there are none in this review...]). Beautiful coins, top quality, never a defect. Great experience and product. Highly recommend.

Overall the experience was good but I think that when the user clicks on oder now, they should be taken to a screen showing the order that they made previously so that they know what they are going to purchase and do not have to put in a ton of additional information that they may not have available at the time.
Very happy with the ordering process, vendor quick response to questions and revisions and some extra help getting the design we were looking for.
I emailed Limited Challenge Coins about placing an order and not 10 minutes later, Mark responded to my email providing step-by-step instructions on how to order depending on my preference (by phone, online, or fax). I prefer online ordering and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Very straightforward and simple to complete. I received confirmation of my order received right away. We placed a large challenge coin order with Limited in the past and are always pleased with their service.
With the exception of having an issue using my corporate card to pay for the order online - calling the team directly was very helpful. I gave them all the information and they processed the payment/order for me.
The online ordering was very straightforward, and easily navigated. When I did need to make a call to adjust my order, the Rep was very courteous and knowledgeable about my order. A real pleasure to do business with.
I requested quotes from 4 different companies... two were outrageously priced... one could not or would not review the description and photos of the coin I wanted reproduced. Challenge coins Limited listened and provided a proof that was VERY similar to the original coin. And their quote was cheaper.
